Welcome to brainrotlabs. These terms of use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at brainrotlabs.in and the free games and content we make available on it (together, the "Service"). using our games

Our web games are free to play in your browser. You may play them for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. We may add, change, or remove games and features at any time, and we may occasionally take the Service offline for maintenance or updates.

acceptable use

When using the Service, please don't:

copy, reverse-engineer, resell, reupload, or redistribute our games or content without our written permission;
use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to hammer the Service, or otherwise attempt to disrupt, overload, or break it;

All the games, artwork, code, characters, names, logos, sounds, and other content on the Service are owned by brainrotlabs or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and play the games for your own entertainment. No other rights are granted.

advertising

We show ads, including through Google, to help keep our games free. Your use of the Service and any data collected in connection with advertising is described in our privacy policy. Some games may offer optional rewarded ads (for example, "watch a short ad to continue"); watching them is always your choice.

third-party links & stores

The Service links to third-party platforms such as Google Play, Instagram, and YouTube. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't promise the games will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, brainrotlabs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Our games are made for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). See our privacy policy for more on how we treat data.

changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
